How to organize Secret Santa wishlists for a large office?

Our office has 40 people doing Secret Santa. How can everyone share their wishlists without it being chaotic?

We did this last year! Have everyone create their $25 wishlist using Share Product, then collect all the links in a shared spreadsheet. When you draw names, you just look up their link.

No more "What does Karen want?" panic!

I organized our office Secret Santa (25 people) using Share Product and it was a huge success!

How I set it up:

  1. Created a master list with everyone's name
  2. Each person created their own Share Product wishlist
  3. Collected all the links in a Google Sheet
  4. Used a Secret Santa generator to assign pairs
  5. Sent each person their Secret Santa's wishlist link

Why it worked so well:

  • Everyone could add items at any price point
  • No awkward "what do you want?" conversations
  • People could see options and choose what fit their budget
  • No duplicate gifts

Everyone loved it! Much better than the old system where people just guessed.

We do Secret Santa for 40 people at my company. Share Product made it so much easier!

Our process:

  1. HR sends out a form asking for wishlist links
  2. Everyone creates a Share Product wishlist (takes 2 minutes)
  3. Links are collected and assigned via Secret Santa app
  4. Each person gets their Secret Santa's wishlist link

Tips for large groups:

  • Set a price limit and ask people to include items in that range
  • Ask for variety - some $20 items, some $50 items
  • Remind people to keep lists updated
  • Set a deadline for wishlist creation

This system has worked perfectly for us for 3 years now. Everyone gets something they actually want!
