How do I install the Share Product extension?

For Chrome: Visit the Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome". After installation, you'll see the Share Product icon in your browser toolbar.
For Safari: Download from the Mac App Store and enable the extension in Safari Preferences → Extensions.
Is the extension free to use?

Yes, Share Product is completely free to use. There are no hidden fees, premium features, or subscriptions - all functionality is available to all users at no cost.
Which browsers are supported?

Share Product is available for Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, and other Chromium-based browsers. We also have a native Safari extension for macOS users.

Which online stores are supported?

Share Product works with 50+ major online stores including Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, eBay, Apple, HP, Sephora, Newegg, and many more. We're constantly adding new stores based on user feedback.
How do I collect products?

Simply browse any supported store and you'll see checkboxes appear next to products. Click to select items and add them to your collection. You can also click the extension icon to manually add the current product page.
How do I share my collection?

Click the extension icon and select "Share Collection". This generates a beautiful shareable link that you can send to anyone via text, email, or social media. Recipients can view your collection without installing anything.
Can I add notes to products?

Yes! When viewing your collection, you can click on any product to add personal notes. These notes are visible to anyone who views your shared link, making it great for gift lists or recommendations.
🔒 Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?

Yes! Your product collections are stored locally in your browser. Data is only sent to our servers when you explicitly create a shareable link. We don't collect personal information or track your browsing habits.
Does the extension track my browsing?

No. Share Product only activates on supported store websites and only processes product pages when you actively use the extension. We never track your general browsing history or collect personal data.
Can I delete my shared collections?

Yes. You can manage and delete your shared collections through the extension settings. Deleted collections are permanently removed from our servers and the shared links will no longer work.
🔧 Troubleshooting
The extension isn't working on store pages

Make sure you're on a valid product page (not search results or homepage). Try refreshing the page and wait a few seconds for the extension to load. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the extension.
My shared link isn't working

Check that the link URL is correct and complete. Shared links are case-sensitive. If the link still doesn't work, the collection may have been deleted. Try creating a new share link from your collection.
The extension icon is missing from my toolbar

Click the puzzle piece icon in your Chrome toolbar and pin "Share Product" to make it visible. If it's not listed, go to chrome://extensions/ and ensure the extension is enabled.
